About this Role

The Corpus Christi Catholic Academy Trust wishes to appoint a full-time, permanent Receptionist to provide a professional receptionist service at All Saints Catholic College .

The main duties of the role are:

To provide a responsive telephone answering and reception service to the school, involving answering a high volume of calls, maintaining a rapid response rate, directing calls to their destination, and taking and distributing messages, in line with agreed standards.

To act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the school, signing in visitors where appropriate.

The successful candidates will:

Have experience of reception and general clerical administrative work

·Have good numeracy and literacy skills

·Have effective written and communication skills to liaise with a wide range of people at all levels

·Have the right personal values, attributes and interpersonal skills

·Be able to work in successful partnership with all stakeholders and support the Trust’s vision
