Our client is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to help drive growth across a large portfolio of direct corporate clients.
This is a part‑time position 20-25 hours a week, ideal for someone who thrives in outbound business development, enjoys speaking with decision-makers, and is confident working autonomously.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage decision-makers within large corporate organisations
- Partner closely with the Sales Team to support growth within direct accounts
- Conduct outbound calls and targeted email campaigns to open conversations
- Book high-quality, qualified appointments for the Sales team
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and understand their business needs
- Spot opportunities such as relocation's, renewals, or organisational change
- Grow opportunities inside existing accounts while opening new ones
- Attend customer events where relevant to build pipeline and deepen relationships
- High‑energy, personable, and confident in engaging conversations
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Able to operate autonomously and manage your workload effectively
- Commercially aware with the confidence to speak to senior stakeholders
- Strong in both written and verbal communication
- Positive, resilient, and bring a sense of humour to your work
- Desirable: Experience in corporate environments, B2B sales, business development, recruitment, or other high‑performance commercial roles
