Salary: Grade 1 and scale point range 3-4, £12.85 - £13.05, Actual Salary £17,273 - £17,544 (Full time equivalent £24,796 - £25,185)

The Role
We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and friendly General Catering Assistant to join our busy kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to make a tangible difference to the daily lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with preparing salads, sandwiches, and simple cooked dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Operate till systems, manage queues, and provide excellent customer service to pupils and staff.
Maintain high standards by cleaning equipment, washing crockery, and monitoring food temperatures in line with regulations.
Help set up the dining hall, clear tables, and support special school events such as parents' evenings and conferences.
