Crynodeb
From February/March 2026, the Governing Board of Bramley St Peter’s wish to appoint a motivating and dedicated attendance lead officer to join our friendly Church of England Primary School.
Bramley St. Peter’s is committed to enabling all pupils to succeed in learning and life and overcome any barriers and difficulties which may hinder this. Attendance is a barrier a number of our pupils face and we want to employ a person who will be dedicated to reducing this specific barrier.
We have a strong ethos linked to a nurturing and a holistic approach to the learning journey and development of every child. We value a strong working partnership with parents and carers, to support children reaching their true potential and achieving their best outcomes.
We would like an attendance lead officer to join our dedicated team who:
• understands the importance of good attendance for pupils and is able to identify barriers when this is not the case
• has experience of supporting families to overcome barriers to learning
• supports the inclusive ethos and positive climate for behaviour and learning – wherever this takes place
• is able to work as part of a team and work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to support pupils and their families
• demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our pupils and their families
• will contribute to whole school community activities and events
We will offer the successful candidates a warm welcoming and friendly school, supportive colleagues and Governing Board, children who are securely developing a love of learning and the opportunity to continue your own professional development journey both within school and within the partnerships that Bramley St. Peter’s has with other schools and settings.
To fully appreciate our wonderful school, we strongly recommend you arrange a visit.
Visits are available on:
Wednesday 4th February at 2.15
Tuesday 10th February at 9.00
Thursday 12th February at 3.45
Please contact the school to book a place.
Closing date for applications: Tuesday 24th February at 9am
Shortlisting: Tuesday 24th February
Interviews: Monday 2nd March
