Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting hands-on, creative Chefs to join a vibrant kitchen team on behalf of our client. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy, supportive environment where you can showcase your culinary skills and help deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Duties
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications.

  • Motivate and support the kitchen team.

  • Receive deliveries and store food items safely.

  • Complete temperature checks and ensure all food safety standards are maintained.

  • Follow portion control guidelines and record all waste accurately.

  • Work safely at all times, observing Health & Safety procedures.

  • Report accidents, incidents, or hazards promptly.

Requirements
  • Basic Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification (essential).

  • Proven experience working as a Chef or in a busy kitchen environment.

  • Ability to work safely, efficiently, and as part of a team.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
