A leading manufacturer supplying high-quality branded products to some of the biggest UK based online retail channels searching for a dynamic Sales Administrator to join their fast‑paced sales team. If you thrive in a creative environment where precision meets style, this role will feel like home.

What the successful Sales Administrator will be doing:

  • Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks that keep orders moving smoothly
  • Managing customer accounts, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and service
  • Processing sales orders, tracking production time lines, and coordinating with internal teams to meet delivery deadlines
  • Preparing quotes, product information, and sales documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM monitoring stock levels and highlighting any concerns to management
  • Providing the highest level of customer service, liaising with brands, retailers, and distributors to provide updates and resolve queries
  • Compiling information for regular reports for the wider business
  • Assisting Field Sales Team prior to Trade Shows, conducting following action with prospect customers afterwards

What the successful Sales Administrator will bring to the role:

  • Experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally within manufacturing or product‑based industries
  • Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • Confident communication skills and a customer‑first mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
  • A proactive, collaborative approach - you enjoy being the person who keeps everything running smoothly in a busy environment

You will be joining the Rutland Head Office of a company who is celebrating their 80th anniversary this year, and has a enviable reputation in their manufacturing filed. Working directly with the Sales Team Managers, this role offers variety on a daily basis, and would be ideal for an experienced Sales Coordinator, Customer Service Administrator or a Sales Support Executive.
