QVH have implemented an early-adopted Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) for patients to achieve definitive diagnosis. A Non Specific Symptom Pathway has been developed and this role will be the primary point of contact for all pathway escalations, the post will support the CDC and will be involved from the beginning of the pathway to work both directly and indirectly with both patients and their carers to assist in coordinating the patient pathway. The role of the Coordinator will be to improve both patient compliance and the patient experience. We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic individual to work alongside the Secretaries, Consultants, Administration Staff and Cancer Services.
