We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator with the skills to keep the buildings within the NI Urban Portfolio in tiptop condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit and love these places.

Salary: £12.75 per hour

Contract: Permanent

Hours/ working pattern: Part-time, 18.75 hours per week

What it's like to work here
As well as working with Facilities colleagues you’ll be part of a larger multidisciplinary team including External Contrctaors, Rangers, Business Support and Visitor Welcome staff.

The facilities team plays a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly for staff and visitors, so there is always a lot going on! Although based at Belmont Tower there will be a requirement to work at other properties within the Northern Ireland Urban portfolio, such as Patterson's Spade Mill, Divis and Black Mountain and Derrymore House.
What you'll be doing
As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be making sure that our properties operates as they should, by running an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service. You’ll help the property teams to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You’ll be helping with maintenance and repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative), cleaning and caretaking, the presentation of public areas and visitor facilities (including car parks and grounds), preparing meeting rooms and co-ordinating deliveries and collections.
