Are you passionate about mentoring the next generation of AAT/Finance Assistants and Business Administrators?
Blackpool and The Fylde College are seeking a dedicated Accountancy Apprenticeship Trainer (Skills Coach/Assessor) to deliver outstanding training and assessment to our apprentices, helping them develop vital skills and achieve their career goals. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future workforce by delivering high-quality, impactful training in Leadership, Management & Lifestyle.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Deliver practical and theoretical training sessions for apprentices in AAT/Finance and Business Administration managing a caseload of learners and guiding them to successful End Point Assessment.
Develop, adapt, and implement engaging training materials and conduct progress reviews, tailoring your approach to each apprentice's needs to maximise learning outcomes.
Conduct initial assessments and agree on Individual Training Plans (ITPs) with apprentices and their employers to establish clear training paths, incorporating on-the-job skills progression.
Provide effective feedback and regular progress updates to both apprentices and employers, supporting their journey from initial assessments to completion.
Contribute to continuous improvement within the curriculum, monitoring enrolment and success rates, and participating in recruitment activities like open days and exhibitions.
What You’ll Bring:
Qualifications and experience in assessing and mentoring within AAT/Finance and Business Admin sectors.
A passion for supporting learners’ success through high-quality training and assessment.
Strong communication skills and an ability to motivate apprentices in both one-to-one and group settings.
Commitment to excellence in teaching and learning practices, with a proactive approach to innovation and continuous improvement.
Applicants must have a Level 3 AAT or similar
