We are seeking an engaging Communications Manager to join our team on a key client contract.
In this role, you will work closely with the Key Account Portfolio Director (KAPD), Senior Operational Account Team and the People & Culture team to create and deliver audience‑appropriate, multi‑channel communication content.
You will support a broad range of stakeholders across the account, driving employee engagement and enabling effective information flow.
Job Description
We are looking for someone who can develop and lead communication plans, act as a trusted advisor to operational colleagues, and ensure that messaging is clear, timely and aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
Develop a Communication Programme with the Account
Lead, defining strategy, objectives and key outputs
Support change and transformation initiatives through clear, consistent communication
Create, capture and manage content across channels including digital tablets, newsletters, reports, presentations and site packs
Coordinate and disseminate communication across the contract to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all communication aligns with ISS brand guidelines and liaising with the central UK Communications team
Deploy and coordinate ISS campaigns on the account, including social value initiatives to increase participation and involvement
Promote achievements, initiatives and activities across the contract
Provide communication support to projects, ensuring effective communication of goals, progress and outcomes
Build a network of contacts across the contract to support content flow and share good stories effectively
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Experience in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field (desirable)
Proven experience in a communication role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and project management capability
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Proficiency with digital communication tools and platforms
Expertise in PowerPoint, Word and design tools such as Adobe InDesign or Photoshop
