We are currently seeking a professional, proactive, and service-driven Supervisor to join our dedicated team at Sky Osterley. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality and an attention for detail.
Title: Supervisor
Location: Isleworth, SW London
Salary: £14.79 p/h
Hours: Monday to Friday 32hr contract

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations of the cafe
Lead and motivate staff to maintain high service standards
Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
supervise all FS and HS standards are delivered
Support the management team
create menus, place orders
Qualifications
- Good listening & verbal communication skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service & to drive the team
- Works according to the BaxterStorey core values
- Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective
- Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
