About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive, Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO of a growing organisation within the care sector. This is a key role requiring professionalism, confidentiality, and flexibility, supporting both strategic and operational priorities.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted right-hand support, ensuring the CEO’s time is managed effectively while maintaining smooth communication across the organisation.
Must be able to travel to board meetings in London, care homes and as the business needs
Office is based in Reading RG1 4RU / Our homes are based in the North and South Region (Please visit our website for locations)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive PA support to the CEO, including complex diary management, scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Prepare high-quality presentations and reports, with strong proficiency in PowerPoint
- Act as a first point of contact, managing emails, calls, and correspondence professionally
- Coordinate and attend board meetings
- Support travel and visits to care homes as required
- Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and track actions
- Liaise with internal teams, board members, regulators, and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential and sensitive information in line with governance and care sector compliance
- Provide administrative and project support as required
About You
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
- Fluent in Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Able to work independently, anticipate needs, and manage competing priorities
- Willing and able to travel to London for board meetings and to care homes when required
- Experience or understanding of the care or health sector is highly desirable
- Marketing experience would be an advantage, particularly supporting presentations, communications, or campaigns

- 40 hours per week
- Salary: £45,000 per annum
- Hybrid / 3 days Office based in Reading
