This is a busy role as part of the Art Shop team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our members and the public, as well as providing a front of house service to customers who visit Children’s Scrapstore for various events.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate processing and administration of Children’s Scrapstore membership, keeping membership records up to date and supporting members and shop staff with any queries relating to membership. You will also assist with promotion of membership through social media and other mediums.
Hours per Week - 37.5 Hours a week - Tuesday to Saturday, 9am-5pm
Salary - £23,809.50 per annum (rising to £24,784.50 per annum from 1st April 2026)
