Our name says it all: ‘Codi’ means rise in Welsh. It reflects who we are, where we come from, and our ambition to lift expectations, lift communities, and lift each other.

About the role

This is a Scheme Support Officer role based in our Young Persons Supported accommodation service, Clarewood, Neath. Supporting with access to ICT, employment, education and volunteering opportunities.

Our young people may have led traumatic lives and as a result could display a range of complex behaviours and needs. These could include alcohol and substance misuse, poor mental health or learning difficulties, poor experience of careers/education and may have offending behaviour. The scheme provides 24-hour support for young people to build and develop their skills and confidence.

Part of your role will also include sleep-in shifts at the scheme, where you will be provided with a secluded area with access to bathroom and kitchen facilities.
