This is an exciting opportunity to become a Team Leader within Patient Services, to lead and motivate our clinical administration teams within HUB1A. Supporting our clinical colleagues and key stakeholders to deliver the very best care for our patients.
You will support the Hub manager with their work whilst supporting & motivating your team, you may work at Castle Hill Hospital or HRI site.
You will oversee outpatient clinics, inpatient waiting lists and patient correspondence teams adhering to performance targets and identifying continuous service improvements.
You’ll be required to analyse performance data ensuring high standards of operational integrity, using the data to coach and develop your team.
As an advocate for the clinical administration service, you will be a visible role model promoting the work and achievements of our teams.
If you are an external applicant, you will be required to start on the second working Monday of the month to ensure you are welcomed into the trust and are provided with the best experience possible. This will be via the Patient Services induction training plan.

• Remains calm under pressure, can manage a number of tasks simultaneously and maintain excellent attention to detail while working to strict deadlines
• Is an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a range of people, including senior key stakeholders and colleagues
• Has great writing and administrative skills, with competency in using Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
• Uses their initiative and can think on their feet
