Crynodeb
As a member of the associate team youll lead the daytoday operational delivery of the Maternity (Perinatal) Incentive Scheme, helping Trusts work through complex submissions and supporting them to meet the schemes requirements. Youll provide clear, confident guidance to senior leaders across Trusts and national bodies, including helping them interpret evidence, navigate contentious issues, and understand what good looks like. Youll design and deliver national training and engagement sessions, making sure Boards and clinical leaders feel equipped and informed. Youll help shape how the scheme continues to evolve by feeding in insight, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting innovation in how we work. Youll build strong working relationships across the system, creating open channels of communication that support shared learning and better outcomes for maternity and neonatal services. What you'll bring Strong experience working in perinatal safety, governance or quality improvement, with the confidence to advise senior leaders on complex and sensitive issues. The ability to analyse highly complex information and make sound, wellreasoned judgements, even when data is ambiguous or challenging. Skilled communication, with the confidence to translate technical or clinical detail into clear guidance for Boards, clinicians and national partners. Proven experience delivering training or leading engagement at a senior level, helping others build understanding and capability.
