Crynodeb
POST SUMMARY: The post holder will: Increase participation by supporting children, young people, parents, and carers to be more involved in Whittington CYP mental health services, including the Whittington Hospital Paediatric Mental Health Team (PMHT) and Islington Community CAMHS in shaping services, ensuring that this involvement is meaningful and appropriate. Ensure that the communication needs of service users and their parents and carers are acknowledged and represented (including CYP with learning disabilities or those who are neurodivergent, or families working with interpreters). Work closely with the SMT (under supervision from the Head of Service) and the wider leadership team in PMHT and CAMHS to actively promote a culture of participation throughout the services and facilitate a shared understanding/ethos that participation is everyones responsibility.
