Support Governance, Oversight and Assurance Support the implementation of governance processes to monitor ACP practice, supervision arrangements and professional standards. Assist in collating information for governance reports to ensure ACP activity across NWL General Practice is accurately reflected. Help coordinate data collection related to scope of practice, competency, and supervision. Workforce Mapping, Monitoring & Registration Preparedness Maintain and continually update a central register of all Qualified Advanced Practitioners (APs) and clinicians working in advanced roles across NWL General Practices. Coordinate the ACP Maturity Matrix process across NWL boroughs, including collection of evidence, organisation of meetings, and collation of outcomes. Support the production of borough and system-wide action plans based on maturity matrix findings. Professional Development & Progression Provide coordination support to APs undertaking the E-Portfolio route, including signposting, information sharing and progress tracking. Work with the NWL Training Hub to support clear processes for trainee onboarding, training pathways and progression milestones. Assist in identifying training needs by gathering data and feedback from practices and borough leads. System Leadership & Engagement (Coordinator Support) Coordinate the development and running of the ACP Forum. Support the creation and maintenance of ACP communication channels, newsletters and information updates. Act as a point of contact for borough leads, PCNs and practices, signposting ACP-related information and helping operationalise guidance provided by the Training Hub.
