We are seeking a dedicated and organised Private Patients Manager to support the Key Account Manager in delivering strategic direction across private patient units.​

This role will oversee all private patient services, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and consistently high standards of care.

Job Description

We are looking for a strong leader who can guide and support teams, drive high performance, and uphold excellence in safety, hygiene, presentation and service quality.​

The successful candidate will be committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience through effective management, collaboration and a focus on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Key Account Manager in overseeing private patient services and daily operations.

Manage staff performance, coaching, training and development to maintain a high-performing team.

Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, presentation and confidentiality across all service areas.

Deliver high-quality food services, considering individual patient dietary needs.

Produce monthly performance reports and contribute to management meetings.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality, efficiency and compliance with policies.

Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for patients, visitors and staff.

Uphold company standards relating to uniform, appearance and professional conduct.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills, including coaching and performance management.

Excellent organisational and operational management abilities.

Knowledge of food service standards, hygiene and infection control.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with staff, patients and stakeholders.

Ability to produce and analyse performance reports.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional standards of safety, presentation and confidentiality.
