We are currently seeking hardworking, reliable individuals to join our seasonal team for the upcoming harvest. This is a physically active role suited for those who enjoy working outdoors and as part of a team.
The Role
• Picking: Harvesting soft fruit efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
• Packing: Sorting, weighing, and labelling fruit for distribution in our packing shed.
• Hours: Early starts are common. Hours fluctuate based on crop ripeness and weather conditions.
Requirements
• Legal Right to Work: We operate a strict compliance policy. You must provide valid proof of your Right to Work in the UK (e.g., Passport, Birth Certificate, or Share Code) before your application can be processed.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive lifting/bending.
• Reliability: You must have your own transport or a reliable way to get to the farm for early shifts.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and adapt to changing schedules due to weather.
