The Job People are recruiting a Production Supervisor for a leading Staffordshire manufacturer. You'll oversee day‑to‑day operations across two teams, working in a fast‑paced, technical environment where you can really bring out the best in your team.
Production Supervisor experience in one of the following areas preferred, but not essential:
- Foundry
- Heat Treatment
- Furnace based industries
- Ceramics and Advanced Materials
- Sintered Materials
What We're Looking For:
- Production Supervisor experience ideally within technical, engineering, or manufacturing environments
- Tack record of managing large teams in a similar environment
- Strong communication skills across all levels of the business
