The Community Project team's goal is to help people improve their employability skills by providing them with opportunities to engage in these activities and by fostering the growth of positive attitudes and abilities that are essential in the job.

We have the ability to complete a wide variety of maintenance projects, including painting and decorating, landscaping, garden tidy-ups, and derelict regeneration projects, as our team holds expertise in Horticulture and Landscaping. The team further carry out litter picks locally to maintain social, open environments to a high standard. We work alongside Stenhousemuir and Dunipace football clubs, maintaining their grounds and in return, carry out weekly football training sessions with the people we support. We have recently begun a development initiative for the allotment sites in Denny with the aim of offering therapeutic sessions to the local community and the individuals we support. We will cultivate and distribute fresh fruits, vegetables, and plants.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced individual to join our Community Projects team, which is dedicated to providing the highest quality service to the wider community in their own homes or gardens. Our team members are motivated by one another. You will be a part of the team whose purpose is to improve the health, wellbeing, and lives of the individuals we support, as well as the local community, through our work.
