Crynodeb
We are seeking a hands-on and dependable Chemical Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for accurately mixing and preparing batches of liquid and powder chemicals, preparing packaging, and packing off finished products ready for dispatch — all in line with strict health, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials in accordance with batch sheets and production instructions.
Operate and monitor mixing and blending equipment safely.
Prepare packaging (containers, drums, labels, etc.) and pack off finished products.
Handle chemicals in line with COSHH and company safety policies.
Keep detailed batch and production records.
Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
Assist with general production and warehouse duties as needed.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in chemical manufacturing, mixing, or a similar production environment (preferred but not essential — training provided).
FLT Licence (preferred but not essential).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
Physically capable of manual handling tasks.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
A positive attitude towards health, safety, and continuous improvement.
