Chatsworth Farm Shop is looking for an experienced Bread Baker to help us build and establish a new sourdough and artisan bread range from the ground up. Working closely with our Head Baker and Product Developer, you’ll play a key role in developing recipes and processes, launching new products and working with our existing team to support consistent 7-day a week production through training and coaching.This is a hands-on role, with a strong focus on product development, process control and consistency. You’ll have the freedom to develop a core range, set up a dependable production system, create scalable methods and embed best practice across the team.What we’re looking for:• Commercial experience producing sourdough in a professional bakery environment• Ability to advise on equipment requirements and working practices• Proven development skills including key control processes• Excellent hygiene, food safety and allergen awareness• Confidence in training colleagues and embedding consistent methods• Someone who will relish the challenge of creating something newThe role is permanent and 40 hours per week. Working pattern is flexible and will be agreed with the successful candidate.
