We are currently recruiting experienced Paint Sprayers for a well-established manufacturer based in Grantham. The company offers a stable working environment with ongoing investment, long-term opportunities, and the chance to develop your skills within a modern manufacturing setting.

Working Hours:

Monday– Thursday 3pm- 12am, Friday 3pm- 8pm

Pay:

• Nights up to £21.25 per hour
• 39 hours per week
• Overtime available

Key Responsibilities:

• Painting new and refurbished products
• Surface preparation and masking
• Preparing, mixing, spraying and polishing
• Following technical paperwork
• Identifying and fixing any defects to ensure quality finish

Requirements:

• Must have previous experience in industrial or commercial vehicle painting
• Able to follow technical instructions and H&S procedures
• Previous experience of reading technical documentation and instructions
• Ability to prepare, mask, mix, spray, polish and chose correct paints
• Strong attention to detail
