We are seeking a Data Analyst to support the delivery of high-quality performance and operational insight.
This role will focus on collecting, validating, and analysing data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with established standards.
Job Description
We are looking for someone who can produce clear, meaningful reports and dashboards, working closely with the Data Manager and wider stakeholders to translate complex information into usable insights.
The role plays an important part in maintaining a reliable data environment and supporting effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, validate, and analyse performance and operational data
Produce regular reports and dashboards to present clear, actionable insights
Support the Data Manager in monitoring KPIs and identifying trends
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal and external standards
Maintain and update reporting tools, working with established data processes
Identify data issues and support improvements to enhance reporting reliability
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data into clear, usable information
Contribute to continuous improvement of data analysis and reporting practices
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Strong data analysis and interpretation skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency with reporting and dashboarding tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL)
Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and relevant regulatory standards
Experience supporting KPI management, performance metrics, or risk-related data
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to improve processes and deliver accurate, timely insights
