We are looking for an Internal Sales Person, specialising in Ironmongery, to join us at Lloyd Worrall Milton Keynes!

Lloyd Worrall has been supplying the building industry with its architectural hardware requirements since 1946. The Lloyd Worrall of today is a premier architectural solutions provider to the health, education, commercial, retail and leisure sectors in the construction industry through consultation, specification and end-user interaction. We depend on our qualified and experienced staff to guide and advise our customers on the most suitable solutions for their projects

The role is all about giving great service, getting schedules out on time, answering clients’ technical questions and building strong relationships with contractors and architects so we become their first choice for ironmongery.
You’ll also team up with our timber doorset solutions business to help deliver fully integrated doorset projects for the branch.

Here’s what you can expect to do as an Internal Sales Person with Lloyd Worrall:


Look at each enquiry to understand the budget, product needs and the right pricing for the customer.
Spot opportunities to introduce our doorset, handrail, access control, automation and accessibility solutions.
Produce accurate schedules and estimates on time, making the most of every opportunity.
Keep the CRM system up to date with all projects you’re working on.
Communicate confidently with customers - answering queries, giving technical advice and promoting our full range of solutions.
Follow up on branch pre‑tender and tender projects to find out who’s tendering and which contractors or subcontractors have been awarded the work.
Follow internal customer project quotes through to completion.
Progress low‑level TSR‑awarded projects through to completion.
Work with TSRs to make sure awarded projects are followed up in line with recall dates and project timelines.
