Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, conscientious, and efficient individual to join the Independent Reviewing Service as part of Children and Family Services. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll play a vital part in supporting professionals, ensuring that services run smoothly and customers receive the highest standard of support.
About the RoleYou will provide essential business and customer support across the team, including:

Organising and collating paperwork for Child Protection Conferences.
Answering and screening telephone calls, some of a difficult nature.
This is a varied position where no two days are the same. You’ll be working to tight deadlines in a demanding environment, requiring excellent organisational skills.
Organising Lado meetings of a confidential nature.
Using the Liquid Logic Database to input information and extract information.
Co-ordinating and organising Child Looked After Care Reviews.
Covering the generic e-mail inboxes in the team and actioning and forwarding on requests received.
Taking the minutes of confidential meetings.

What We’re Looking For• Previous experience in a busy office or administrative environment• Understanding of services within Children's Social Care• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service• Flexibility to support the team with a variety of functions• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to manage competing demands and work under pressure
