We are seeking a Data Manager to lead the analysis and reporting of performance data across FRC, ensuring statutory and contractual compliance.
This role will be responsible for safeguarding the integrity of audit data, performance metrics, and reporting systems, enabling robust and reliable business insight.
Job Description
We are looking for someone who can drive continuous improvement, strengthen our data environment, and support strategic decision-making.
This position is pivotal to maintaining quality assurance, mitigating risk, and enhancing operational excellence across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement data strategy, governance frameworks, and compliance processes aligned with internal and external standards
Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of performance and audit data
Manage KPIs and performance metrics, producing accurate and timely reports
Deliver clear, actionable insights to support organisational decision-making
Maintain, develop, and improve data systems, dashboards, and reporting tools
Conduct risk reviews and ensure all data and records are audit-ready
Monitor and enhance data quality, integrity, and consistency across all functions
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex data into accessible, meaningful insights
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Strong data analysis and interpretation skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in reporting tools and dashboarding (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL)
Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and regulatory standards
Experience managing KPIs, performance metrics, and risk controls
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to improve processes and deliver accurate, timely insights
