Crynodeb
You will: Lead the clinical management of designated patients, assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care. Observe, report, and record changes in patients' physical and mental health. Provide and supervise personal care and daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect. Deliver therapeutic activities and emotional support while maintaining professional boundaries. Undertake physical health observations and escalate concerns appropriately. Ensure completion and review of clinical and risk assessments in line with Trust policy. Work within legal and professional frameworks, including the Mental Health Act and safeguarding requirements. Participate in clinical governance, supervision, and continuous professional development. Contribute to a positive team culture, supporting staff wellbeing and morale.
