Crynodeb
Provide specialist communication advice to staff across the organisation including directors and senior leaders. Develop and implement communication plans and activities in alignment to the communications strategy and the Trust's key priorities. Design and lead communications which are reflective of the Trusts strategic direction and commensurate with best practice, political agendas and corporate style. Design and deliver complex campaign approaches and tools in the context of the intended audience and complexities of issue. Act independently in the delivery of campaign, communicating effectively to the wider team and organisation and ensuring that the direction is in line with corporate requirements. Participate and contribution to the teams wider planning processes to support and advice colleagues from their area of specialism. Develop and produce campaigns materials including copywriting, proof-reading and content which can be used across digital platforms. Confidently liaise with media contacts on key issues and prepare press releases / media responses as required.
