Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our Digital Team. This role is part of a Team who are responsible supporting and delivering clinical digital applications and projects.
We are looking for individuals with good communication skills and a keen eye for detail. The post holder will be required to work independently and within a team. Knowledge of the systems already in use at the Trust such as Cerner (iCLIP Pro) is essential.
As an organisation, we are on the brink of a major transformation with the rollout of a newElectronic Patient Record (EPR)system. This is your chance to be part of the digital change, ensuring the safe and effective use of applications.
o Member of the Digital Clinical Programme Team.
o Provide a support desk function for users of Trust iCLIP Pro system including logging calls with third party suppliers
o Provide advice on use of iCLIP Pro with specific focus on template
o Support the starters and leavers process for access to Trust applications including deactivating users in iCLIP Pro
o Provide specific focus on template new and changes to scheduling for both outpatients and theatres
o Assists in the investigation of application and interfacing problems and provides appropriate solutions
o Provide support as needed for data quality tasks
o Maintain and update Data Collection Workbooks relating to relevant builds
