About the Role

- Managing product listings on Shopify and third-party platforms
- Testing, setting up, and troubleshooting audio equipment where required
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
- Feeding back ideas and helping improve processes as the business grows
- You’ll also act as a trusted source of product knowledge—someone who can spot a great piece of gear, identify issues, and support customers with confidence.
What You Might Bring
- Hands-on experience with music gear such as instruments, audio interfaces, pedals, speakers, or software
- Confidence testing, setting up, and troubleshooting equipment
- Comfort with operational tasks including stock control, dispatch, picking, and packing
