Summary
Multi Trade Plumber
Location: Site based covering Dorset and Somerset. Standard Hours Monday- Friday 39 hours plus out of hours on call.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Plumber to join Novus Property Solutions, Responsive Repairs division, providing high-quality plumbing repairs and replacement services within Social Housing tenanted properties
This role will support you, value your skills, give you stability, whilst keeping your work interesting and meaningful.

An outline of your responsibilities and experience
Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a Multi Trade Plumber background, plumbing experience essential. The works include the repairs or replacement of various Sanitaryware items including toilets, baths, shower trays, basins, taps
Pipework installation and repair, repairs to watermain supplies, soil stacks and domestic drainage
Maintenance and repair of hot water systems, cold water storage tanks maintenance and renewal
Basic joinery repairs, windows, doors, kitchens, , flooring tiling & patch plastering, mould and damp treatment is desirable.
Working in tenanted properties on general maintenance.
Social Housing experience is essential.
Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system.
Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively
Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes
Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards
NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing
Full UK driving license is required.
The role will also require a DBS check to be completed
