Summary

Job Title: Administrator

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable Administrator to join our team. The role involves general office and admin duties. You must have good written and spoken English, be polite on the phone, and able to stay calm when busy.

Main Duties:

Reconciling bank accounts daily and managing transactions using Xero

Posting purchase ledger invoices

Processing supplier payments

Chasing outstanding customer payments and dealing with queries

Preparing and sending customer invoices

Managing emails and office correspondence

Answering phone calls and handling enquiries

Scheduling installations for fitters

Managing diaries and schedules

Dealing with trade and domestic customers

Ordering office supplies

Filing, photocopying, and handling mail

Skills Required:

Good written and spoken English

Confident and polite telephone manner

Organised and reliable

Able to work under pressure and stay calm

Basic computer skills
