We are pleased to represent our client, a reputable multi-site automotive accident repair centre, in their search for a highly capable and professional Bodyshop Advisor to join their busy bodyshop in Haverfordwest. Duties:
- Greeting customers in a courteous and professional manner as a Bodyshop Advisor
- Booking vehicles for repair, managing schedules, and liaising with management to track vehicle progress
- Ensuring vehicles are ready for collection at the agreed time
- Providing exceptional customer service, including updates during repairs and organising onward travel
- Handling vehicle handovers after repairs and fostering ongoing client relationships
- Developing and maintaining product knowledge via manufacturer-led training sessions
- Using a sales approach to upsell repairs and relevant approved products
- Maintaining high standards of workplace organisation and administrative accuracy
- Managing workflow using the Autoflow system (training provided) to optimise efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Advisor or similar customer service role within the automotive industry
- Strong organisational and IT skills are essential to succeed in this position
- Recent or current experience working on a customer service desk is necessary
- Familiarity with system management software, with training provided for Autoflow
- Excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and a customer-focused approach
This position offers a competitive salary, full training, and excellent opportunities for career advancement within a respected accident repair centre. Working hours are either 40 or 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with start times between 8:00am and 8:30am.
