As Pastry Chef de Partie, you’ll be a valued member of the brigade — recognised not just for what you produce, but for how you show up for your team, your guests and the standards we are proud of.
What the role involves:
- Preparing and presenting pastries and afternoon tea to a consistently high standard, with care and attention to detail.
- Working to standard recipes while ensuring quality and consistency in every dish.
- Managing section timings and communicating clearly with the senior team to support smooth service.
- Supporting junior chefs through positive leadership and day-to-day guidance.
- Showing flexibility and teamwork by supporting the wider kitchen when needed.
What you will bring to the role:
- Experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen environment; hotel experience is an advantage.
- A genuine passion for pastry and pride in delivering quality food.
- Strong hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- A positive, team-focused attitude and professionalism in how you show up each day.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends.
