What You'll Be Doing:
• Supporting KS3 teachers to deliver engaging lessons
• Providing small group interventions in phonics, literacy, and numeracy
• Assisting with classroom organisation and learning resources
• Offering tailored 1:1 support to pupils who need extra guidance
• Contributing to planning and preparation for learning activities
• Encouraging active participation and positive behaviour
• Monitoring pupil progress and sharing insights with the teacher

Ideal Graduate Teaching Assistant for this Hounslow School:
