Our dedicated team of staff provide support and signposting on a wide variety of emotional and practical issues, from issues living with others, behaviour management, homesickness, general wellbeing, engagement with meaningful social activity and connecting students to the services offered by the wider University.

About you:
You will be working as part of a team to provide administrative and clerical service with specific functions within residential lettings, including the allocation and operation of University managed Accommodation, giving advice on financial and contractual matters.
This is a full time role post of 37 hours, fixed for one year (or earlier return of post holder). Postholder is required to be available to work of standard office hours with a minimum of one evening during the week until 19:00.
Some weekend and evening work will be required during the main allocation period and student arrival times, including Clearing, Welcome Weekend and Marketing Events (Open Days and Applicant days). Prior notice will be given.
Where is this role based?
This post is predominantly based at Frenchay, however travel to other campuses and nominated accommodation buildings will be necessary. We have invested in the latest facilities and resources to give both our staff and students access to everything they need to succeed.
