What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing and coordinating daily workshop operations to maximise efficiency
- Allocating jobs based on skill, priority, and workload
- Monitoring progress and resolving issues quickly and confidently
- Working closely with service advisors to ensure accurate communication
- Supporting technicians with guidance, prioritisation, and problem‑solving
- Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
- Helping to build a positive, collaborative, and high‑performing workshop culture
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Experience as a Workshop Controller, Senior Technician, or similar aftersales role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- A supportive leadership style that brings out the best in your team
- A commitment to delivering quality work and excellent customer service
- Manufacturer experience is beneficial but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
