What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading the Learning Support department, shaping strategic SEND vision
• Guiding and developing a skilled team of TAs, specialist staff, and SEN teachers
• Designing, mapping, and evaluating whole-school provision for SEND
• Working closely with SLT to embed best practice and targeted interventions
• Ensuring compliance with EHCPs, statutory requirements, and Ofsted expectations
• Building powerful partnerships with families, professionals, and external agencies

Ideal "Head of Learning Support" for this Kingston School:
• UK-trained (or equivalent), with QTS essential
• Proven track record in leading and innovating SEN provision
