HEADTEACHER required for a Headteacher post with a 0.4FTE Teaching Commitment.

Our vision is inspired by Matthew 22:39 - "Love your neighbour as yourself."
We want all adults and children to have purpose and resilience so they can help others, as well as themselves.
Due to the retirement of our current Headteacher, Governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational new Headteacher who will have the vision to continue developing all aspects of the school, whilst ensuring the school remains inclusive and supportiveof the whole school community.
The successful candidate will:
• Be committed to high standards and expectations ensuring positive outcomes for all our children.
• Show versatility and reflective practice in our small school environment.
• Be an inspirational leader and team player where everyone’s contribution is valued.
• Demonstrate the ability to maintain and develop the current positive Christian ethos of the school.
• Be able to support positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents, Governors, the parish and the wider community.
• Be caring and approachable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have experience in developing a broad and enriching curriculum.
• Demonstrate leadership, management skills and an excellence in teaching and learning.
