What skills and experience we're looking for
Required for April 2026: A teacher (full time) to teach in Key Stage 1. This will initially be for a period of 11 weeks until 3.7.26 but there is the potential for it to be extended into next year, possibly until Easter. This is to cover a maternity leave.
We wish to appoint a strong classroom practitioner to join our dedicated and talented team at Lache. We are looking for a teacher who is able to make a real difference to our children and build upon the strong teaching and learning they have had so far. We have a significantly higher than average number of children with additional needs and therefore would be interested to hear from candidates who have experience of this. We are looking to appoint a talented and inspirational person who shares our vision for success and is hard working. Our children are enthusiastic, hardworking and polite and deserve the very best. They would like a teacher that “wants to help them be the best that they can”.
We have supportive parents, a strong staff team, including Governance, and are part of Concordia Multi-Academy Trust.
Our school community places the highest priority on keeping our children safe.
Applicants for the post will be subject to stringent vetting and induction processes and satisfactory references.
We can offer visits to our school on Tuesday 10/02/26 @ 3.45pm. Please contact the school office on 01244 470380 if you wish to book yourself onto a visit. You can also visit our website to find out further information about our school.
Please complete the application form below and email it to admin@lache.cheshire.sch.uk along with a letter of application stating how you meet the teaching specification.
