What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and experienced Head of Mathematics or Second in Charge looking to take the next step in their career by leading our Mathematics Department. The successful candidate will be a passionate advocate for Mathematics, able to inspire both students and colleagues alike and be committed to maintaining the highest standards of teaching and learning.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong proven record of success and has made significant contribution to raising standards and outcomes.

• Demonstrates proven leadership skills and experience of leading a team.

• Has the ability to motivate and develop the pedagogy and practice of others.
