This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with detail, data and processes, and wants to make a real contribution to patient safety and service excellence.

The Role

Working alongside the Lead QA Pharmacist and Superintendents’ team, you will help ensure high standards of quality assurance and compliance across the facility. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting quality assurance and governance activities across DSP and MediPAC

  • Maintaining product data, including barcode integrity, updates and restrictions
  • Supporting branches and internal teams with quality-related queries
  • Working with technical teams to resolve production issues and improve efficiency
  • You may also be involved in software testing, system upgrades and wider quality improvement projects.

About you

You will be a Qualified Dispensing Assistant (NVQ Level 2 or above) with a good understanding of pharmacy processes and professional standards. You’ll be organised, detail-focused and confident communicating with colleagues at all levels.

Ideally, you’ll also bring:
