The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our well established administrative team. As a Clerical Assistant you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and efficient front of house service to visitors, pupils and parents, both in person and on the telephone. The successful candidate will be required to carry out a range of administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of our school office, working alongside our current office staff to support the Senior Leadership Team and the wider school.


About You


  • You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, relating well to both adults and children.
  • You will demonstrate excellent organisation skills and ensure tasks are completed within specified timeframes.
  • You will be able to work constructively as part of a team and understand your role within the team.
  • You will have a good attention to detail, with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • You will demonstrate strong IT skills and have experience of using a range of software packages.
  • You will be committed to engage with all staff, children and other stakeholders to promote our wonderful school, so that ‘Together We Shine’!
