Location: Radstock, BA3 (just 7 mins from Dragonfly Leisure, Midsomer Norton)
Pay Rate: £14.21 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Driver Requirement: Full UK driving licence (auto-friendly, essential)

You'll be supporting a sociable gentleman in his 30s who has autism, a learning disability, and sensory processing differences. He has a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plan in place, and full training will be provided. Support is primarily 1:1, with 2:1 support every day between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
He enjoys being active, trying new things, and being part of friendly conversation. His family is closely involved and visits regularly.
Shifts include:
* Long Day with Sleep-In: 9:00 AM - 9:00 AM (next day)
* 2:1 Support: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM daily, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM on Thursdays
* 1-2 sleep-in shifts per week
His interests include:
* Cycling with staff
* Swimming and archery
* Shopping trips, walks and days out
* Holidays to the Forest of Dean
* Hot tubs and outdoor activities
* Sensory contact and being part of conversations
You'll bring positivity, patience, and calm energy. You'll be comfortable supporting an active lifestyle and confident in following structured routines that help this gentleman feel secure.
We're looking for someone who is:
* Patient, enthusiastic, and calm under pressure
* Active and outdoorsy - confident cycling and joining activities
* Self-aware and thoughtful in tone, timing, and approach
* Creative, proactive, and full of fresh ideas
* A driver with an auto-friendly licence (essential)
(Experience with behaviours of distress or PBS is desirable, but full training is provided.)
