Pay Rate: £14.21 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time
Driver Requirement: Full UK driving licence (auto-friendly, essential)

- Current Support Worker
You'll be supporting a gentleman in his 50s with learning disabilities and autism who thrives on routine, enjoys friendly conversation, and values consistent, respectful relationships. Support is primarily 1:1, with some 2:1 sessions during the week, and includes lone-working during sleep-ins and long-day shifts.
Shifts include:
- Long Day with Sleep-In: 10:00 AM - 10:00 AM (next day)
- 2:1 support (Mon, Wed, Fri): 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 1-2 sleep-in shifts per week
His interests include socialising, coffee and lunch trips, shopping at B&M, and maintaining a structured daily routine.

(Experience with behaviours of distress or PROACT-SCIPr-UK is desirable, but full training is provided.)
