Early Career Teacher (ECT) | Supply Opportunities

Are you an Early Career Teacher looking to build confidence, gain classroom experience, and explore different school settings?

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic ECTs to support primary schools with day-to-day, short-term, and long-term supply cover. This role is ideal for teachers who want flexibility, exposure to a range of schools, and the opportunity to develop their teaching practice while delivering high-quality lessons in the absence of the class teacher.

The Role

  • Lesson Delivery: Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 (depending on your preference).

  • Classroom Management: Maintaining a positive learning environment and managing pupil behaviour effectively.

  • Continuity: Ensuring high standards of learning are maintained during the regular teacher's absence.

  • Adaptability: Quickly adjusting to different school settings, cultures, and daily routines.

  • Flexibility: Working on a schedule that fits your personal availability.
