This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, proactive and passionate HR & Payroll Officer to join our Trust Central Team and play a pivotal role in keeping our people processes running smoothly.

By becoming part of our dedicated and inclusive team, you will play a vital role in supporting our schools with day-to-day HR tasks and preparing accurate payroll data for submission.

About the Role
- Prepare legally compliant HR documents including contracts, amendments and formal correspondence.
- Support recruitment processes in line with Safer Recruitment
- Develop and maintain recruitment materials, included branded candidate packs
- Handle HR/Recruitment/Payroll inboxes and provide ER admin support.
- Provide administrative support for employee relations cases.
- Manage HR, Recruitment and Payroll inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Produce and analyse HR/payroll data, KPIs and reports.
- Submit accurate HR data for payroll, including starters, leavers, contract changes and absences.
- Liaise with the payroll provider and support statutory submissions.
- Respond to payroll queries.
- Manage auto‑enrolment cycles and support pension administration.

What We are Looking For
- A-Level or equivalent qualification
- CIPD Level 3 (or willingness to work towards)
- Payroll-related training or certification (or willingness to work towards)
- HR experience including contracts, recruitment and compliance
- Experience preparing payroll data and liaising with external providers
- Strong communication and IT skills (Ms365)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
